Symbolic Meaning Behind TBA’s Logo

Symbols:

Wheel of Dhammacakka:
The Wheel with eight spokes symbolizing the Sublime teaching of the Buddha.
The Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path.

Swastika:
It is an Ariyan ancient sign that means “Blessings” and representing one of the 108
characteristics on the foot of the Buddha.

Fully Bloom Lotus Flower:
Representing Purity and Fully Enlightened Person or the State of Nibbāna.

Diamond:
Diamond is a precious Gem and symbolizing the Triple Gem

(Buddha, Dhamma and Saṅgha).
Two Swans Holding a Lotus Bud:
A swan is known for its beauty and grace. Symbolizing intelligent Buddhist.

Motto:

Mettā, Karunā, Muditā and Upekkhā:
The Four Immeasurable (appamaññā) or Divine State of a practising Buddhist, namely
Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy and Equanimity.
